Dear Esteemed Parents and Guardians,

*PREAMBLE AND APPRECIATION*
As we approach the end of another productive term, we express our heartfelt appreciation to all parents and guardians for your continuous support, cooperation, and commitment to our children’s learning. Your commitment has greatly contributed to the learning progress and moral growth of our students.

*3RD TERM PROMOTIONAL EXAMINATION*
We wish to remind all parents that the 3rd Term Examination is a promotional examination. Every student is required to take it seriously, as it determines their promotion to the next class. We encourage parents to ensure their wards study diligently and revise their memorized Surahs.

*SCHOOL FEES PAYMENT DEADLINE*
The deadline for the payment of school fees is *Sunday, 24th November 2025* .
Please note that no student will be allowed to sit for the examination without full payment of school fees. We urge all parents to comply with this deadline to avoid any inconvenience.

*EXAMINATION AND CLOSING DATES*
3rd Term Examination: begins on *Saturday, 6th December 2025* .

Closing Date for the Term: *Sunday, 21st December 2025* .
We look forward to a smooth and successful end of term.

*NEXT TERM RESUMPTION*
The school will resume for *1st Term 2026* Session on *Saturday, 10th January 2026* . All students are expected to resume promptly.
